Hi, I'm Dorothy Brown I've been in insolvency for over 30 years and I have dealt with thousands of individuals and companies and helped them through the maze of insolvency and helping them get through the pain of it and be relieved of their debt then they’ve got something to hang on to go forward in their lives.

Today I'd like to talk to you about insolvent companies and directors who have their heads firmly in the sand.

That's a lot of my clients and what we need to do is to get them to get their head out of the sand and have a look at why their company has failed.

One of the situations that can happen is that they could be putting in their own personal finance.

I have a company which is a motor garage. The director put in £23,000 worth of her own money. That's quite painful amount of money not to receive back in any way. But the garage was in the wrong place, there was no footfall and therefore it failed.

It really had needed to have moved that there was no further money. So the money that has been put in was of painful loss to that director.

In order to minimize the loss for your client so that they don't have such pain, maybe you'd like to get them to give me a call or if you'd like to be further informed yourself please sign up...
